Delivery Policy

Effective: 3 September 2026

1. Fulfilment

Orders may be collected from Inkfinity or delivered where delivery has been agreed. The available method, destination, cost and estimated timing will be confirmed as part of your quotation or order confirmation.

2. Production and Dispatch

Production time is separate from delivery time. Estimated completion or dispatch begins after required payment, specifications and artwork approval have been confirmed.

3. Mauritius Deliveries

Local delivery availability and charges depend on destination, parcel size, order value and the agreed delivery method. Any applicable delivery charge will be disclosed before the order is confirmed.

4. International / Export Orders

Export orders are quoted individually. Shipping charges, carrier requirements, destination restrictions and estimated transit times are confirmed before dispatch. Import duties, taxes, customs charges or destination fees are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included in our written quotation.

5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery and carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by location, customs, weather, carrier operations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Damaged Shipments

If goods arrive visibly damaged, notify us as soon as reasonably possible and retain the packaging where possible. Photographs of the parcel and affected goods may be required to support a carrier or damage claim.
