1. About these Terms

This website is operated by Inkfinity Printing Services Ltd (“Inkfinity”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Delivery Policy and Payment Terms.

2. Quotations and Orders

Most Inkfinity products are customised. A website enquiry or WhatsApp message is a request for quotation and does not by itself create a confirmed production order. An order is confirmed when we have agreed the product specifications, quantity, price, fulfilment arrangements and any required artwork approval, and we have confirmed acceptance of the order.

Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed. Where a price is displayed on the website, it is shown in Mauritian rupees unless clearly stated otherwise.

3. Artwork and Customer Instructions

You are responsible for checking names, spelling, dates, sizes, colours, quantities, placement and other details in artwork or proofs submitted to or approved by you. Production may begin after artwork approval and required payment are confirmed.

You must have the right or permission to use any logo, photograph, trademark, design or other material you ask us to reproduce. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing or offensive material.

4. Custom Products and Colour

Screen displays, garment materials, print processes and production batches can produce reasonable variations in colour, position, texture or finish. We aim to reproduce approved artwork accurately, but exact screen-to-print colour matching is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Production Times

Any production or completion date is an estimate unless we expressly confirm a fixed deadline. Timing may depend on artwork approval, stock availability, payment confirmation, quantity and production requirements.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once customised production, printing, embroidery, cutting or other irreversible work has begun, cancellation or changes may not be possible and costs already incurred may remain payable, subject to applicable law.

7. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

8. Errors and Availability

We may correct typographical errors, product descriptions, availability information or obvious pricing errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you before proceeding where reasonably practicable.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, delivery providers and, once activated, an authorised payment gateway. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Mauritian law. To the extent permitted by law, Inkfinity is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, customer-supplied errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute will be dealt with by the competent courts or authorities of Mauritius, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or procedures that apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated effective date.
